Our Grief Café is a free, drop-in support space held every Monday afternoon from 2–4 PM. It’s a warm, welcoming environment where people can gather over coffee, tea, and quiet conversation. Whether you feel like talking or just need to be surrounded by others who understand, there’s a seat for you.

We always welcome new faces. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to share if you’re not ready. Just come as you are.

We know the hardest part is walking through the door—but we’ll be here to greet you when you do.
