Collective Scream @ Tin Can Beach (Saint John)

Some feelings don’t fit inside words. So we’re giving them to the bay.
Join us for a short guided collective scream by the water at Tin Can Beach. We’ll gather, breathe, and do three intentional screams with grounding in between. You choose your volume—full-throated howl, whisper, hum, or silent scream into a towel. All options are welcome.
When: Thu, Nov 27, at 6:30 PM; we begin at 6:35 PM sharp.
Where: Tin Can Beach, Saint John, NB (waterfront gravel lot).
Bring: Dress for the weather, as we will be outside, a headlamp/flashlight, earplugs if needed, and water/tea.
Consent & care: No recording without explicit consent. Support each other’s boundaries.
Free, all ages. If you’re tender, come as you are. If you’re loud, we'll meet you in that. If you’re not sure but feel called to it, stand with us and hum. Three opportunities to release the heaviness together, and home by 7:00.
