Due to popular demand, Chroma NB is offering another free workshop open to healthcare providers on gender-affirming surgery access in New Brunswick! RSVP on Eventbrite is required.

Participants will:
• Familiarize themselves with gender-affirming surgeries and their coverage under NB Medicare.
• Understand the pathway to assess & refer patients for gender-affirming surgery, and barriers to accessing care.
• Identify provider resources & supports to become ready to conduct assessments and referrals for gender-affirming surgery.

This workshop is virtual only. A link to join the webinar will be provided closer to the event date. All attendees will receive a certificate upon completion. Please ntoe that this is the same presentation as previously delivered in June. 

This presentation will be recorded.

This training is a project of the Community Based Resource Centre (CBRC) and is funded by Women and Gender Equality (WAGE) Canada to improve access to safe and consistent sexual and reproductive health services from coast to coast.
