Fall into Fall Yin and Restorative Yoga

Join Alex for a 90 minutes of Yin and Restorative yoga. Fall brings with it a sense of slowing down and shifting gears. Yin and Restorative yoga are uniquely suited to help you reflect and release. Let go of efforting and slow down in the longer holds of Yin poses and the fully supported poses of Restorative. This class is best suited for those who can be on the floor comfortably in a variety of shapes for extended periods of time. Space is limited, so if this is appealing to you, save your spot.
