0:50 – 1:00 Debrief & Hydration Break Share early observations, adjust props, sip water.
1:00 – 1:25 Progressive Muscle Relaxation Systematic tense‑and‑release of major muscle groups for deeper release.
1:25 – 1:35 Sharing & Discussion Insights on tension patterns, strategies for nightly practice.
1:35 – 2:00 Q&A, Take‑Home Tips & Closing Gratitude Sleep‑prep routine, audio resources, collective deep breath and blessing.

Session format: in person at Uplifted Studio, inside Belleza Health & Beauty Spa (115 N 21st Street, Saint Helens, OR 97051) and live via Zoom. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early—on‑site or online—to build a cozy “nest” with blankets and pillows.
Registration: $15, required by 11:59 PM on December 20, 2025 (the night before). Zoom links will be emailed a few hours prior to start time.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow or bolster, and an eye pillow or scarf for optimal comfort. I look forward to guiding you into deep, year‑end relaxation!
