All of this is in the Will Heal Farm Yurt, your home away from home. A warm fire & hot tea, cozy slipper #get together:)
Angie Spartz, transformational life coach & emotion code practitioner & Rachel Nudd Biofield Tuning are collaborating to hold for you:
A calm, welcoming space to rest, reset, and reconnect
Tension-releasing breathwork and transmutation biofield tuning
Nourishing movement (yin or gentle yoga)
Soothing sound bath..

On Friday, April 17, our theme is: 
Supported
Feel held, grounded, and cared for—physically and energetically.
We will be supported by the New Moon in Taurus on that day. 
When she is in Taurus, the Moon is in one of her most supported and aligned spaces. We can drink in the energetics of the Moon in Taurus as comfort for our nervous systems as we follow the call to honor our bodies needs for gentle movement, emotional transmutation, and supportive sound. 

You can expect insights & mini-revelations as we explore what comes up around feeling supported.  Supported can relate to the spleen & pancreas- are you getting the support you need from those around you and from the divine? When we start to acknowledge the support that is all around us~ we start to experience it more and more.

Reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Come as you are. Everyone is welcome. No yoga experience is needed. Please reach out if you need a chair instead of a mat- or if you want to attend but have questions!

You’re welcome to come to one session, a few sessions, or all four.
Each session stands on its own, while together they create a deeper journey of rest and renewal.
