Season of Stillness is a 4-session series designed to help you step out of doing and into being. You are welcome to attend any of the sessions as a stand-alone.
Each gathering blends breathwork, biofield tuning, sound, and slow movement to help your body soften, your mind quiet, and your nervous system rest.

Feel held, grounded, and cared for—physically and energetically.
We will be supported by the New Moon in Taurus on that day.
When she is in Taurus, the Moon is in one of her most supported and aligned spaces. We can drink in the energetics of the Moon in Taurus as comfort for our nervous systems as we follow the call to honor our bodies needs for gentle movement, emotional transmutation, and supportive sound.
You can expect insights & mini-revelations as we explore what comes up around feeling supported. Supported can relate to the spleen & pancreas- are you getting the support you need from those around you and from the divine? When we start to acknowledge the support that is all around us~ we start to experience it more and more.

Come as you are. Everyone is welcome. No yoga experience is needed. Please reach out if you need a chair instead of a mat- or if you want to attend but have questions!
You’re welcome to come to one session, a few sessions, or all four.
Each session stands on its own, while together they create a deeper journey of rest and renewal.
Price per Session: $44
