If class is canceled due to weather we will have make up days.

A 6-week progressive deep stretch + restorative yoga series.  

Deep Winter Release is a 6-week slow yoga series designed to warm the body, soften tension, and support you through the quietest part of the season. Each class gently progresses from light, stretching movement to deeper stretches standing or mat based (Yin)  and restorative releases. Yoga straps will be used throughout the series to support alignment, enhance accessibility, and help you ease safely into deeper stretches over time. Expect a blend of mindful movement, sustained holds, breathwork, and reflective moments or poetry/ readings woven into each session. A warm tea offering will close every class, creating a simple winter ritual of grounding and calm before you journey home for the evening.  Perfect for all levels — especially anyone seeking steady, progressive stretching, gentle release, and a weekly hour of warmth in the heart of winter.

Bring layers that are easily added, or removed as your body temperature tends to fluctuate based on movement versus deep stretching.

Yoga mat*

Yoga Blocks*

Water bottle

Small lap blanket.

Please bring: yoga mat & props such as  (blocks/strap, small (mexican/lap) blankets - we have some to loan to students.  

*We have Extra mats/blocks to borrow.
