The Power of Now book study

The Power of Now is a book by Eckhart Tolle, teaching that living fully in the present moment (the Now) is the key to finding true happiness, peace, and spiritual enlightenment, freeing oneself from the pain caused by dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. The core concept is to quiet the mind's incessant chatter (the ego) and connect with your deeper, timeless self by focusing on what is happening right now, using techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and accepting situations as they are.
