- **Event Description**: Welcome back to Eclectic Foraging: A guided class run by Mya, a practicing eclectic witch that has been foraging for 15 years!

Join us again out in nature as we go back over the basics to deep diving into our native plants, fruits, mushrooms and herbs. This class is open to experienced green witches, all the way to new patrons wanting to learn the basics of simply foraging!

In this Class specifically, we dive back into the plants and herbs we’ve been learning about over the summer, learning how to identify them late into the year, how to utilize them to their fullest before winter, and how to properly store them for use throughout the winter. With Fall fast approaching, we get to experience the turn of the seasons, finding new plants and enjoying the literal “Fruits of our labor” while also learning about the best plants and herbs to use in the upcoming festival and festivities of this time of the year.

Please note that this class is only as the weather permits! Be ready for the elements and be aware that there can be sudden changes to class dates or start times depending on severe weather that will be properly communicated!

Also note that we promote our inclusivity for these classes, children are welcome to attend with a paying parent (no additional tickets needed for children under 12), and we will stay on dirt and gravel trails with little to no elevation changes!

Items to be prepared to bring include:
- Long pants and a raincoat for bugs or sudden changes to the weather
- Water bottles
- Tennis shoes or water tight shoes
- A basket or reusable bag
- A pocket knife, multitool or scissors for easy and gentle harvesting
