After a year and a half in rescue, Barney is still patiently waiting for someone to call him their own. And honestly? Everyone who meets him asks the same question:

"How is this dog STILL waiting for a home?"

So we're throwing him a party.

Not because you need to adopt him (although we'd certainly love that ?), but because Barney deserves to be celebrated by the community that has cheered him on throughout his journey.
