Grab your squad! Teams consist of 4 athletes (2 men + 2 women).

Choose your division:

RX – You regularly Rx workouts and go heavy/high-skill

INTERMEDIATE – You sometimes Rx but scale heavier or complex movements

SCALED – You typically scale workouts
