Much like the full reset and letting go journey, it tunes the breather in with the things that are limiting them and helps them break through the glass ceiling of their limiting beliefs, stories and old patterns that are keeping them stuck.
This journey reminds the breather of who they are. Powerful, courageous, a force to be reckoned with. It unleashes the innate power within, and with this power activated, limitations no longer stand a chance.

Yoga will be Restorative and relaxing and resetting as we move through poses that help rebalance the nervous system and find a release of energy. 

please bring blanket, props and blocks/ water as needed for comfort as the breathwork portion is done mainly in Shavasanna ✨
