Park in the athletic lot and enter through the athletic entrance doors. Doors open at 7:30 am. In the case of severe weather, the tournament will be canceled by 6 am at the latest.

Team camps: Teams may set up in the Student Center (2nd floor) or the lobby outside the gym. Please avoid blocking doors as coaches/college students may need to walk through this space as well.

Seating/viewing: Seating in the gym will be provided, but may be limited. Viewing from the walking track is allowed and can be accessed via the Student Center. Any fans engaging in inappropriate or offensive behavior will be asked to leave.

Restrooms: Restrooms are available in the athletic entrance. Please refrain from going in locker rooms and coaches offices as these spaces belong to members of the Crown College community.

Concessions: Outside food and beverage is allowed. We will not be providing concessions.

Playing details:
No more than 3 guys on the floor at any given time. You may have more than 6 individuals on your roster and make substitutions when your team rotates after siding out to win the serve. During a rally, a team uses all three contacts, at least one must be a girl. Backrow players may come up to the net to block, but can only jump to attack from behind the ten foot line. Double contact rule can only be called when the ball is being sent over the net. Teams must honor call net touches. 

Pool play results/bracket play will be posted outside the gym and kept updated as best as possible by the site director.

Pool play: Pool play games will consist of 2 sets played to 25 points, must win by 2, no cap. If two teams are tied after 2 sets (i.e. team A won 25-23 and then team B won 25-23) then game play continues for ONE additional point which must be played as a tie breaker.

Bracket play: Bracket play will begin immediately after pool play concludes. The top two teams in each pool will go to gold, the bottom two teams in each pool will go to silver. 

Prizes: The winners of both the gold and silver bracket will receive a tournament championship t-shirt. (T-shirt sizes range from mens cut adult S-2XL) Gold champions will receive $200 as a team, silver champions will receive $100 as a team.
