Spread the word and mark your calendar for Saturday, April 18th. 

We want to highlight all of the amazing community groups and organizations that we work with for fundraising. Our goal is to demonstrate the power of community. On this one specific day from 10am-5pm, we want to see how much money we can help each of these organizations raise. We are asking for support from anyone who wishes to donate their redeemable cans and bottles to stop down during this time and donate any number of returns. 

Along with accepting can and bottle donations, we will be having a Genesee Brewing Company tasting from 1pm-3pm and a chance for photos with an Eric Jones original sand sculpture. 

We greatly enjoy the role we get to play in facilitating fundraising opportunities for groups in our community, and this is an event for them to show that EVERY CAN COUNTS!

Our goal is to draw attention to the value of redemption centers in the community and the importance to modernizing the Bottle Bill. A modernized bottle bill would allow for a greater variety of containers to be redeemable and increase the deposit, both of which would increase fundraising dollars immediately. It would also have positive effects for the redemption center industry which has not seen a raise since 2009.
