This training session counts as 3 hours towards Continuing Professional Development required by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.The training will include:-Theory: Clinical governance, duties and responsibilities, indications for use, preparation, record keeping, and trouble shootingPractical: Simulation and assessment in the first time set up of syringe driver/change of prescription, and replacement syringesA certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the simulated practical assessment and accurate completion of the Learning Checklist.
