Yes You're Invited and Tender Care PPEC are inviting our families to a FREE Meetup at 808 Bounce!

Yes! You’re Invited! was born primarily as a way to include children in the special needs community who may not normally get invited, or to go, to birthday parties and other kinds of events.
Tender Care is a pediatric extended care facility (PPEC) that provides skilled nursing care to medically complex and fragile children from birth to 21 years old. Our mission is to help each child develop fully through collaboration with families, doctors, nurses, and therapists.

By preregistering on the QR code or calling 904-217-5636, Tender Care families and Y2I2 families can enjoy a Free Meetup with snacks and fun on November 15th from 2-5pm, at 808 Bounce
