Yoga Nidra: From Stillness to Source

Yoga Nidra is often described as “yogic sleep,” yet its true depth reaches far beyond relaxation techniques. Yoga Nidra is an ancient pathway into profound stillness where the body finds rest, the mind softens, and awareness gently expands toward its own source. In a modern world that rushes and fragments, this practice offers a rare return to wholeness.

In this workshop, we will explore Yoga Nidra as both philosophy and direct experience. You’ll be guided into its subtle layers of awareness- from body to breath, from mind to the unchanging presence beneath all fluctuation. Rather than approaching it as simply rest, we will reclaim its deeper purpose: awakening to the luminous ground of being that has always been present.

Through discussion, reflection, and a full guided Yoga Nidra practice, you’ll be invited to discover rest not just as absence of activity, but as a doorway into the infinite stillness that nourishes life itself.
