- **Event Description**: Our annual Christmas Turkey Deboning Workshop will be running on Monday, December 22nd at 5pm! ? 

Each student will receive their own 20 pound organic free-range turkey supplied by the Morinville Hutterite Colony. 

Work with your own chef quality deboning knife that you will take home with you after class. Students will learn to remove all bones, while keeping the meat intact.

Make large batch homemade stuffing from scratch, with recipe to take home. 

Stuff, roll, garnish & tie your turkey to take home for your family holiday dinner. 

Packaging will be provided so that you can refrigerate or freeze your yummy turkey until cooking time! 

$250+gst per student 

*Larger turkeys available for an additional cost*
