The podcast will be determined closer to the date, I will post it ahead of time so I can change it up if too many people have heard it.

$15 per person, space is limited and pre-registration is recommended to guarantee your spot.  Click the link to my booking site and scroll down to February 21st to book. My class pass holders and monthly-unlimited members can use a credit for this class.  

This beginner-friendly event will take place at our studio. Mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters and eye pillows will be provided.
