St. Albans Writes - St. Albans Branch Library

The Advisory Board, for the St. Albans Branch Library, is proud to present St. Albans Writes...a monthly speaker series featuring local authors. James Townsend lives in Saint Albans, West Virginia, with his wife and four children. He is the host of the YouTube channel, Chasing Billy, which features a monthly live show, as well as pre-recorded content related to Billy the Kid and the history of the American West. He regularly contributes to publications like True West Magazine and the Tombstone Epitaph, a nationally distributed monthly periodical that has been in publication since 1881. He serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit historical preservation group, Billy the Kid's Historical Coalition, which works to preserve and maintain the history of America's favorite outlaw, Billy the Kid.
