Bedfordshire Sands Lights of Love 2025 Remembrance Service

Christmas can be a difficult time for those of us whose little ones are not here to share it with us and the Remembrance Service gives an opportunity to spend a little time for our children. You are welcome to invite Grandparents and extended family to join us if you wish. The service will include carols and readings, baubles with baby names on to hang on the Christmas tree and lighting of candles for our babies.

Bedfordshire Sands provides a bauble with your baby’s name on it for the service, and you can take this home at the end. You can then hang your baby’s bauble on your tree at home and save it to bring with you for next years’ service. Many people also dedicate readings to their children, which are included in the programme. (We can also arrange for someone to read for you, if this would be helpful.)

Afterwards, there will be refreshments along with an opportunity for everyone to chat and children to play. Refreshments and nibbles will be served after the service with a raffle.
