Mindful Clay with Sarah Core

Grief does not shrink with time, but we can grow around it—creating space within ourselves to
carry and contain it.

This group hand-building workshop offers a gentle, creative space to explore grief through the making of a personalised grief jar. In a supportive and mindful environment, participants are
invited to honour their emotions through the tactile and grounding process of working with clay.

By joining Sarah’s mindfulness clay workshop, you’ll be in the company of like-minded individuals, each navigating their own experience of loss. The act of creating together in a calm,
nurturing space can foster quiet connection, shared understanding, and a sense of belonging.
