Managing Lower Back Pain

Join us at Branon’s Pool with Northwestern Medical Center Physical Therapists Katie Guerino, Jennifer Banacos, and Emily Boyden as they provide an overview of low back pain, how Physical Therapy can help, and the role the water can play in managing low back pain. This will be an interactive class where attendees will have the opportunity to get in the pool for an exercise program demonstration. Please bring a towel and swimwear. Class is free.
