Raise your vibration while melting away physical and energetic stress. Enjoy the meditative sounds of live ambient guitar by Luke Bonner, while Jessica Mihm guides you through a 75-minute restorative yoga experience. This special class is designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation. You will be led through neuro-reprogramming breath work, long, relaxing postures supported by bolsters and blankets, and a blissful yoga nidra guided meditation.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get set up.
