Face to Face Pregnancy Fitness ?
We will be up and running from 29th March!
Mondays 6:30pm, Verulamium Park, on the little field by the car park.

Specially adapted exercises for all trimesters.
15-20 minutes on full body cardio, bringing the heart rate up slightly and getting a little sweat on. Followed by a focus on glute and core strength. Then at the end finish with pelvic floor control.
And I’m going to chat your head off the whole time with lots of helpful tips and homework.
The classes are more than just a workout.
We will be working out but throughout, you will learn how to correctly work your pelvic floor rather than just doing kegels, we will be preventing pelvic pains or helping relieve the pain if they are already present.
And for ladies in 3rd trimester we will work on how to correct intra abdominal pressure and the pelvic floor to deliver baby the quickest and safest way.
And there is so much more to learn.
Even if you have a c-section it is incredibly important, if not more important, to prepare your core and pelvic floor. The recovery after will be much safer and faster than if you did nothing at all.
Over the weeks we will also go over tips for the 4th trimester, including recovery.
Classes are 45 minutes, maximum of 10 ladies in a class so you all get enough focus on your personal journey and also you have a chance to make some new friendships.
- You must bring an exercise mat and water.
- Hand weights and resistance bands will be used during the class. Using equipment is optional. You may bring your own hand weights and resistance bands, or you are welcome to use mine which are sanitized between each class, or you don't have to use anything at all.
