We are committed to listening to feedback from residents, families and team members to help us continuously improve care, support and the services we provide across our homes.
 
Directors and team members from Excelcare’s Support Office will be visiting Stanley Wilson Lodge as part of our Your Feedback Matters visits.
 
For feedback from residents and families, you will have the opportunity to meet:
• Wendy Cowell – Director of Care Quality & Governance
• Sadie Munro – Director of Communications, Engagement & Marketing
• Amanda Chester – Head of Governance
 
Our team members will also have the opportunity to meet with a member from our People & Resources team.

? 13.30pm – 15.30pm
 
Members of our team will be available in the home to chat with people living at Stanley Wilson Lodge Care Home, their families, and team members.
 
This is a chance to:

We’ll also have some small thank-you gifts available for everyone who comes to speak with us.
