Kite for Kids Cancer - Supporting Redkite 🪁 [DATE TBC]

While we’re out there chasing wind, some kids are fighting battles no child should ever face.

WA SURF is proud to be collaborating with SheKites Australia and Kiteboarding WA to support Redkite, a charity that steps in when families are facing the most overwhelming moments of childhood cancer. Redkite provides emotional support, financial relief, counselling and care when everything feels impossible.

And in moments like this, support changes everything.

Because your donation isn’t small.

It’s one less burden for a family who never asked for this fight.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧: Either 13/14 December or 20/21 December, from 2:00pm onwards (Wind dependent)

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: The Pond, Safety Bay, Western Australia

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞: Dress as Santa, bring your crew, and help us turn the pond red as we kite for kids who can’t be out there with us.

Join us for a Community Sundowner!

After the session, we’ll come together for a relaxed community sundowner outside WA Surf.

🍻 Phat Brew Club are generously providing beers

🥂 Off the Vine are generously putting on the bubbles

🔥 We'll be putting on a free sausage sizzle for riders and their families

WA SURF will also be donating 30% of all lesson and rental revenue from the day directly to Redkite.

This is about community, connection, and showing up for families who need it most. We hope to see you there!
