PennState Master Gardener @ Saegertown Area Library

There are four steps required to obtain a pollinator garden certificate. PennState Master Gardener Terri Christoph, who resides in Crawford County, will detail the guidelines and resources necessary for the certification process. Participants will gain an understanding of the essential role pollinators play in our gardens. The session will emphasize the importance of selecting native plants and provide guidance on identifying truly native species.

Each student will be provided with a peat pot containing soil and seeds from a selection of native plants. Please contact Saegertown Area Library at 814-763-5203 to register by 2/27 so we can be sure to have enough pots for everyone!
