Amid the rush of the holiday season, this workshop offers a quiet pause. Through grounding breathwork, guided reflection, poetry, and simple creative ritual, participants will reconnect with inner calm and make room for what truly matters.

This workshop includes:

• A grounding practice to settle into stillness
• Curated poetry readings
• Reflective journaling
• Optional sharing in a gentle circle
• A closing creative ritual to carry a sense of quiet into the weeks ahead

No experience with meditation or writing is needed. Come as you are—tired, curious, overwhelmed, hopeful. This is a space for rest, presence, and renewal.

Suggested to bring: A journal sketchbook, or self-contained creative project (e.g., thread craft, origami)
