As the moon moves into its waning crescent phase, we step into the most reflective and releasing part of the lunar cycle — a quiet, liminal space where the body intuitively knows how to let go.

This sound healing journey invites you into that softness: a deeply nourishing experience where old stories, emotional residue, and outdated identities can begin to dissolve with ease.

With the Sun transiting Human Design Gate 26 — the Gate of Integrity and Rewriting the Story — this session supports the gentle unraveling of roles born from survival, the release of emotional tension, and the emergence of what is true and authentic within you.

✨ No experience is required — simply come as you are and allow the experience to meet you where you are.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat and any props you need to feel supported lying down (blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow, socks, etc.). The studio has mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks available, however, if you prefer your own, please bring them or anything else you think might help you feel most comfortable.

Corissa is a certified Trauma-Informed Holistic Coach, and Sound Healing Practitioner who blends science with spirit to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and soul-level transformation.
