Before we know it, our own nervous system has been running on empty for far too long. Sometimes, the most meaningful thing we can do isn’t another task. It’s to pause. To breathe. To notice. To reconnect with ourselves.If that speaks to you, I’d love to have you join in September 19th for a trauma-aware Somatic Breathwork session. No expectations. No pressure. No need to “do it right.” Just come exactly as you are. We all deserve a space where we can simply breathe.Registration and waiver required.Please bring your mat or blanket, some like to have a pillow or even a light blanket for on top of you. Bring your water bottle as well!Please email susan@creativebehaviorsystems.com to view the waiver. Doors close 10 minutes after published start time.Parking is free inside the auditorium's fenced in parking lot.
