Through crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and intuitive energy work, you’ll be guided into a state of ease that supports nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.

This experience is designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying and create space for clarity and renewal. Expect a cozy, candlelit atmosphere, grounding ritual, and layers of sound that gently hold the body and quiet the mind.
