The entrance to the garage is located on 28th between Capitol Avenue and N Street. When entering the garage, you receive a printed ticket. When leaving the garage, you will insert your ticket, be prompted to pay via debit or credit card and be given a receipt. There is a 6-car white zone directly in front of the theatre located on Capitol Avenue between 27th and 28th Street.
