We may even get fancy and make a mushroom gravy to turn your plain schnitzel into jagerschnitzel - very popular in the Frankfurt Am Main region of Germany where I lived for three years! You will take home 2 1/2 pounds of bratwurst, some schnitzel & spaetzel and a small apple cake to bake at home.Class is $75 per person and limited to 12 people.NOTE:  If this class fills up a second class will be offered on September 13th.
