This playful introductory workshop invites participants into the world of the red nose clown, the smallest mask in theater and a powerful tool for cultivating presence.
Over the course of three hours, we’ll explore how to listen deeply to our impulses, respond honestly to the audience, and discover the joy of vulnerability through laughter and play. Using a mix of games, exercises, and clowning technique, participants will practice staying present in the moment, embracing mistakes, and following their curiosity as a pathway to authentic performance.
