In this intermediate hands-on class, you’ll explore more advanced and colorful sushi styles, including Rainbow Roll, Nigiri Sushi, and Fruit Sushi.
Learn creative ingredient combinations, perfect shaping techniques, and plating that turns your sushi into edible art.

In this class, you’ll gain confidence in rolling, shaping, and decorating sushi that looks as stunning as it tastes! Each participant will make a full meal featuring both savory and sweet sushi creations.

MENU

Rainbow Roll, Nigiri Sushi, and Fruit Sushi

Ingredients: Sushi rice, avocado, egg, shredded crab meat, sesame, banana, beets, mango, mushrooms, and fruit cocktail.

Maximum 6 people per class.

Duration: 1- 1.5 hours
