2) Trainings: Our six-hour trainings are for folks that are starting the application process to be a host and for transition-age residents that are entering a host home. They are meant to prepare residents and hosts on how to effectively communicate, problem solve, and co-exist with each other. Topics include trauma-informed care, harm reduction practices, styles of communication, racism and bias.
