Through the use of specific ways of dialoguing about our experience and being openly curious about others, it teaches embodiment, attunement, working with stress and triggers, meta-cognition, and tracking your motives in real time. He discovered Circling and the relational arts in 2019, got certified in 2021, and has now facilitated hundreds of gatherings in the Bay Area and online. His facilitation style is known for a constant sense of wonderment, comfort with every dynamic possible, and the ability to have people feeling safe and challenged simultaneously. When he isn’t leading groups you can find him doing one-on-one coaching sessions, recording podcast episodes, doing photography or being a dad.
