Provolone is an amazing Italian cheese that can range in buttery to nutty in flavor depending on how long you age it. This hands-on class will teach you how to make Provolone cheese at home. You will take about an 8 oz provolone home to age and enjoy.
Note: Provolone is an Intermediate to Advanced cheese. You will need to have made multiple cheeses in the past (our classes not required) to take this class.
Class fee is $65 per person.
