This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish, you will sample a homemade Cheddar as well! You will have a great time learning how to make this popular cheese!
Class fee - $40
To Sign Up: You can either use the ticket link associated with this event or you can VenMo me at Kimberly-Mack-22, make sure that you include your email and what class you are paying for. Take home kits will be available for $10 the day of class and will make 2 one gallon batches of the cheese. Raw milk from Valley Milk Simply Bottled is available to take home at $5 a gallon. Milk will need to be pre-ordered no later than the Monday prior to class by sending me a message.
