About this Event

YOUR AFRICAN DANCE ESCAPE: THE MARCH SERIES💃🔥

Step into the world of authentic African rhythms and unstoppable culture! This is your essential party and workout of the week—a dose of non-stop fun, sweat, and powerful de-stressing fueled by the hottest rhythms from the continent.

We’re continuing the momentum with our 2-part immersion series. For the best value and to truly master the movements, we recommend the 2-Week Bundle. It is the easiest way to commit 100% to the full journey and the best way to keep up with your fitness goals. If you can’t make both, you can still secure your single drop-in as well. Let's celebrate together with maximum energy!

What to Expect

All Levels Welcome! Whether you're new to African dance or ready to deepen your groove, this class is perfect. We prioritize having a great time and high energy over perfection!

Style Focus: We dive into one or two vibrant styles per session (usually one for warm-up, one for the main choreography). This is your perfect opportunity to discover and master new, authentic African genres!

Featured Styles:

  • Afrobeats (Nigeria): A dynamic umbrella of modern rhythmic styles, characterized by expressive body isolations, signature viral moves, and energetic footwork.
  • Coupé Décalé (Côte d'Ivoire): A high-energy street dance defined by its quick, charismatic footwork, exaggerated gestures, and a lively, performative attitude.
  • N'dombolo (Congo): A style primarily focused on circular, fast-paced hip-swaying movements, especially during instrumental sections.
  • Amapiano (South Africa): A slow-tempo, deeply groovy style recognized by its rhythmic, grounded footwork and smooth, intricate body control.

  • Seamless Start: ✅ Enjoy a quick check-in followed by a dynamic warm-up built around one of the featured styles to prepare your body.
  • Master a Choreography : Learn a fun routine rooted in one main style, expanding your control and challenging your movement.
  • Discover New Rhythms: ✨ Walk away with new moves and confidence that you can take with you anywhere!
