Want to learn how to make awesome tasting bread using natural ingredients? Not only is it so much better for your health than the processed breads you buy from the store but it's a whole lot of fun too! We will help you leap start your New Year in a healthier way with these fun bread making classes!
In each class, we will go over how to make starter which is the key to dough rising and the science behind it. You will also leave with recipes for starter, as well as sourdough bread.
You will also receive a banneton, a jar for starter, and a scraper to take home with you! This class is hands on, so bring your apron!
Classes occur over the course of 2 days. The first day we will make bread and allow it to proof overnight, the second day we will do the baking of the bread.
**You must attend both days of the class**
Cost: $55 per person (includes the two-day class plus you'll leave with supplies to make your bread at home!
