Already holding the titles for Most Free Throws Made in One Hour and Most NBA Three-Pointers Made in One Hour, Martin will now attempt to break the record for Most High School Three-Pointers Made in One Hour. The number to beat is 1,372—that’s roughly 23 makes per minute, or one every 2.5 seconds! 

Adding to the excitement, Smokin’ Dads BBQ will be on site with a special event menu, and a portion of proceeds will benefit the SMS Mentor Program, which pairs students with positive role models to help them grow academically and personally.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for this free event. The community is encouraged to attend and help make history in Saco. The more people in the gym, the bigger the buzz—and the greater the chance a local educator will be featured once again in the Guinness Book of World Records.
