Registration Forms must be received by midnight, April 20, 2026. Registration Fee can be e-transferred to office@churchbythelake.ca or paid in cash.

Minimum $10 PER PLAYER donation. Additional donations by players or spectators are gratefully accepted. All proceeds will go directly towards Camp Scholarships for local and area kids. Tax receipts available upon request.

This is a community fundraising event. All proceeds will go towards sending local and area kids to Camp Wildwood (McKees Mills, NB). The focus is on fun and fair play. Participants are encouraged to compete for the championship prize but to do so with respect for tournament rules, fellow participants, and the overall goal of helping to send kids to camp.

For more information about Camp Wildwood please visit www.campwildwood.ca. The goals of Camp Wildwood are “to give children, youth, and adults the opportunity of an ‘Outdoor Adventure’ and to develop Christian character.” The goal of this tournament is to raise funds to help make this happen!

Winning names will be drawn during the lunch on Saturday and during the 10:30am worship service the next morning at The Church by the Lake. All winners will be contacted using the email or phone provided.

Winners will receive a non-transferable voucher that pays the full camp fee (including HST). If a winner discovers that they cannot use the voucher, contact the church (office@churchbythelake.ca) so another name can be drawn.
