Through embodied practices, heartfelt conversation, and simple ritual, we explore the seasons of our inner lives — themes like grounding, release, nourishment, courage, and renewal.

No horse experience or yoga background is needed — only an open heart and a willingness to come as you are.

Opening circle and guided reflection
Gentle yoga and somatic movement for grounding and embodiment
Guided meditation or ritual at the altar or fire 
Time with the horses for presence, connection, and relational learning
Closing sharing and integration

Each circle offers a space of belonging — a reminder that we heal not by rushing to move on, but by being witnessed, tended, and seen.
