Art Meditation

Through a series of gentle drawing exercises inspired by right-brain activation (Betty Edwards and others), you'll quiet the inner critic and reconnect with intuitive making.

This session is about relaxation, attention, and gaining a fresh perspective on creativity - no pressure, no expectations. Engage your senses, become present in the moment. This workshop is for anyone who wants to draw without judgment and rediscover the joy of the process.

Even if you have no experience with drawing: it's perfectly fine to join this workshop and experience the calming power of making marks on paper.

The workshop is given by a drawing teacher and artist exploring the transformational power of creativity.
