Join us for this seaside retreat in Costa Rica. A perfect destination for a winter getaway, where you can immerse yourself in sunshine, surf, and Pura Vida (pure living)!

We will start each morning with a Slow Flow Yoga practice in our seaside Shala. We begin with yummy Yin stretches then transition to Vinyasa Flow, and end with a Meditation practice and an easeful Restorative pose and soothing Savasana. 

After breakfast, we will indulge in delicious tropical fruits and nourishing foods to prepare for our days enjoying beach and jungle life. Days are left open for you to choose your own adventure such as; swimming, snorkeling, shell collecting, bird watching, enjoying the sounds of the jungle and sea, massages, poolside lounging, napping, hiking, monkey and sloth spotting, and/or nature bathing.  There are also optional excursions such as; horseback riding, surfing, fishing, canopy tours, stand-up paddle boarding and more!

After our day of exploring, we will come back together as a group for an evening Yoga practice. Evening Yoga will be tranquil in order to balance the warmth and activity of the day. Practices will include a combination of Yin, Restorative and/ or Yoga Nidra. 
After Yoga, we will dine together enjoying luscious fare and delightful conversation. Post dinner, you have free time for an evening swim, a cocktail, an early evening, or trip to the local village.

The theme of our week is “Seaside Sankalpa” which embodies the contemplation around resolve, intention and life’s purpose. We will explore these ideas through Yoga practice, journaling, Meditation and optional readings. 

Your trip to our seaside paradise includes 3 meals per day, Tortuga Island Snorkeling Boat Adventure, 2 Yoga classes most days (Tortuga day there will be one class), and a Sound Bath experience.

Those looking for CEUs will need to purchase two books: The Bhagavad Gita and Bringing Yoga to Life by Donna Fahri.
