Sacred Reclamation is not your typical retreat.
This is a deep ceremonial immersion—
A held, guided, and skillfully facilitated space to come home to yourself.
� Co-led by Shams and Jill, this retreat brings together decades of experience in trauma-informed healing, spiritual mentorship, and plant medicine integration. Together, we will journey through a carefully curated week of:
� Sacred Yagé (Ayahuasca) ceremonies, served in the lineage of Taita Juanito from the Putumayo region of Colombia
� Integrative breathwork, meditation, and somatic release
� Trauma-aware group work and individual guidance
� Nourishing, high-vibe meals prepared with intention
� Space and stillness at Con Smania CR, our transformational sanctuary at the intersection of ocean and jungle in Costa Rica
This is a week for those who are walking with grief, anger, betrayal, or disconnection.
It is for those who have done some work, but know there is a layer deeper—something sacred asking to be seen, felt, and honored.
It is for those ready to step out of the cycle of coping and into a grounded reclamation of self.
This is for those who are spiritually mature enough to walk through the fire with reverence—and come out clear.
