Here's what a typical day during the retreat will look like: ​ 6 am let the sounds of nature wake you softly, no alarm 7 am enjoy refreshments, juice, coffee, tea, coconut water and awaken gently 8 am movement & yoga sessions 10 am brunch Free time for massages & to explore 3 pm afternoon smoothies & refreshments 4 pm sunset programming begins 6 pm dinner under the stars Free time to prepare for the coming day ​ On excursion days we awake gently to a light breakfast and a snack to go. After the excursion we enjoy a late lunch at a local restaurant. ​ Afternoon quad excursions and sunset horse rides are followed by dinner at a beachfront restaurant in town. The Retreat Space Our private, gated sanctuary is only a short 5 min. walk from the beach, and a short 10-15 min walk to town to explore local activities. Choose your level of comfort and degree of privacy by selecting a suite that best suits your needs. We’ll spend our time in three beautiful villas offering a variety of thoughtfully designed accommodations, from private suites with private baths to comfortable shared options. Two villas feature pools with distant ocean views and welcoming spaces where we’ll gather and share meals together, while a third villa witha pool nestled in the tropical forest offers added privacy. Our Yoga Shala nestled in the jungle is where we will gather for yoga, movement, meditation, and healing practices. Choose from: - Private Suite with king-size bed and private bath: $3500 per person, Double occupancy stays are 50% off for the second guest - Private Bedroom with queen bed and shared bath: $3000 per person - Shared accommodations with 2-4 single beds each and shared bath: $2500 per person Rates are all-inclusive per person for 7 nights, and include transfer from local airport. Your Arrival: Your transition to the sanctuary begins with a scenic 30 min. flight over the Costa Rican coastlines. The retreat will begin when we will meet at 12 pm on August 30th as a group at the SJO domestic terminal. Please note, the round-trip fare for the domestic flight is US $250 additional per guest. Consider Slow Travel: We recommend arriving the day before and taking one night to arrive, ground and de-stress at one of our recommended hotels near the airport, before flying to the Coast.
