The festival will span Merchants Row in Downtown Rutland from West St to Washington Street, and up Center Street to the corner of Wales Street. Bakers from across the Northeast will have whoopie pies for festival attendees to taste – tasting tickets are $1 each and can be purchased at www.rutlandwhoopiepiefest.com. There is no ticket required for entry, only to sample the pies themselves. There will also be food trucks, entertainment, and other activities for all ages!
